About Nathan Duby

Nathan Duby is a former US Army soldier and a thirty-year IT professional, an odd combination that turns out to be exactly the right one for a story about a man whose old instincts meet a world that runs on rules. An avid RPG gamer from pen and paper through modern MMORPGs, and a reader of well over a hundred fantasy and science fiction novels a year, Nathan finally decided to write one. He lives in South Carolina with his wife and one small but mighty dog.
